It is the place to go to Harbin besides the ice world, seeing a lot of historical remnants, an impressive visit,
I've been to many of these museums and the atrocities of the human race never get easier. For foreigners, take your passport for entry.
not for the faint hearted, but a place i have longed to visit to learn about the terrible crimes that the japanese army commited at this site and many more troughout china in their effort to whip out all the humans of ASIA. I spent 4 hours here, so much to see and read. The crimes of the past should never be forgotten, a must see when in HARBIN.
A mind blowing, heart breaking experience. The terrible crimes committed at UNIT 731 should never be forgotten, i spent over 3 hours at the museum carefully reading trough all the documents and looking at the many photographs and relics. i have wanted to visit UNIT 731 for a long long time and all tough i left with a heavy heart, im glad i got to pay a little respect to all the victims by remembering them.the many pictures i took dont do the museum justice. A must see spot in my opinion, and its free of charge the way a museum should be.(irish friend)
Sit to the bottom of Metro Line 1 and walk for 200 meters. If you don't want to visit the outdoor ruins, just walk to the new hall directly to the right at the door. I made an appointment online, but no one verified it. It is estimated that there are not many visitors. Youji Elementary School went to visit the Nanjing Massacre Memorial Hall and was scared to cry at night. Visiting the site of Unit 731 after more than 20 years, I still feel very heavy and depressed, but I think anyone who has the opportunity to come to Harbin must take a look and remember the history!
