In 2024, the total investment of Heming Lake Wetland Hot Spring Resort is 360 million yuan, covering 5,210 acres of natural wetland resources. There are 1 star hotel, 1 Youth Hostel Apartment, and 10 Private Pool villas, which can accommodate about 1,000 people at the same time; Heman Restaurant includes fusion restaurant, hot pot buffet restaurant, cold buffet restaurant, and special iron pot stew restaurant, which can accommodate about 5,000 people at the same time; it is planned to build 66 Private Pool homestays in Xuexiang, a sunken commercial complex plaza, a wetland hot spring museum, 40 acres of cute pet park, Uncle Xiong Research Farm, Helai Bistro Restaurant, and Bianhe Yishui Homestay. The Heming Lake Wetland Scenic Area has a lakeshore of about 10.13 kilometers. The area has vast natural waters and lush reeds, providing excellent ecological conditions for biodiversity. There are about 300 species of organisms, and 7 rare cranes (15 cranes exist worldwide, and 9 in China). In addition, the natural scenery here is beautiful, and the negative oxygen ion content is as high as 19,300/cm³, making it a natural oxygen bar with the highest negative oxygen ion content in Asia. Relying on natural wetland resources, the Heming Lake Wetland Scenic Area has created a wealth of sightseeing and recreational facilities for tourists.

The hot springs in Heming Lake Wetland Hot Spring Resort are China's "large-scale original wetland hot springs". The hot spring water is taken from 1,980 meters underground, with a water temperature of 61°C and a water output of 80m³/h. The hot spring water is rich in minerals and a variety of trace elements required by the human body. Metasilicic acid, sodium ions, bicarbonate and other elements are all in excellent bath therapy content, which has obvious effects on relieving physical fatigue, relieving rheumatic pain, regulating autonomic nervous tension, and symptoms such as arteriosclerosis, hypertension, and chronic arthritis.
