Anciently known as Chang'an and Jingzhao, Xi'an is the capital of Shaanxi Province, a vice-provincial city, the largest city in Northwest China, a central city in China's national region (Northwest), an important national scientific research, education and industrial base, a political, economic, cultural and scientific and educational center in Shaanxi Province, a world famous historical and cultural city, an Asian knowledge and technology innovation center, and an important manufacturing base in China. Xi'an has a long history. It is the capital of the dynasty with the longest time in ancient Chinese history. It has a history of more than 7000 years of civilization, 3100 years of city-building and 1100 years of capital-building. It is also known as the four ancient civilizations of the world, Athens, Rome and Cairo. It is the important birthplace of Chinese civilization and the Chinese nation and the starting point of the Silk Road.
After the Song Dynasty, it began to be ordinary here. Every part is extremely rich. Time is fast, five o'clock, rhinoceros horn cup was not found, 20 yuan special exhibition played a role, rhinoceros horn was in the exhibition area, time is pressing, half an hour to see the flowers, fortunately, the working younger brother promptly reminded more attention to the middle of the independent exhibition cabinet, ignoring the group of exhibits, is also a successful walk through Shaanxi Bo.
Baoqing Temple was built in Sui Dynasty and Tang Dynasty. The pagoda was built in the temple with five-color bricks. It is called the Huata of Baoqing Temple ("Hua" and "Hua") because of its flowery color. In the Ming Dynasty, Feng Congwu, a scholar, returned home to give lectures at Baoqing Temple. He opened up a new site and built the Guanzhong Academy at No. 63 (200 meters away) of the Academy Gate. Feng Congwu's statue is at the gate of Guanzhong Academy. Today, the temple of Baoqing has been destroyed, while the Huata of Baoqing temple still exists.
Baoqing Temple was built in the early Sui Dynasty, while Huata was built in the Tang Dynasty. Located in the central axis of the Bell Tower, free visits, visitors are not too many, the tower is not open to the outside world. It takes a few minutes to walk to the foot of the city wall.
When I came to the West Street of the gate of Xi'an Academy, the first sight I saw was this ancient pagoda, which had seen all the vicissitudes of life. It was originally built here with Baoqing Temple, which was also the birthplace of Guanzhong Academy. The back monastery was completely destroyed. Only this pagoda became a landmark building to the gate of the academy.
The local people are very enthusiastic, the ambient air is very good, unexpectedly lively.
The small pagoda near the entrance of the academy, with a sense of history, is particularly cordial in this city.
The Huata Tower of Baoqing Temple is located on the east side of the South Gate and stands towering on the north side of the Academy Gate. The Huata Pagoda of Baoqing Temple was built in the Tang Dynasty. It has seven-storey buildings with hexagonal plane. There are stone Buddha statues in Wei, Sui and Tang Dynasty. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the government renovated the Huata Pagoda of Baoqing Temple, which is the oldest symbol of the Academy Gate, and also a key cultural relic protection unit in Shaanxi Province.
At the entrance of the academy, the protection is also very good.
Once I went there, I was not happy, but I still had an endless feeling. Next time you should go. The location is inside Yongning Gate. It's a street with exclusive national characteristics. It's a street with Chinese characteristics, such as pen, ink, incense, calligraphy and painting supplies, souvenirs of shadow play, health care supplies, tourist souvenirs and stalls. But I think it's better to go to Huimin Street to find souvenirs if you want to buy souvenirs and so on.
