Shekou Industrial Zone

Plenty of shopping and gyms around too and of course, the ever famous Sea World but there’s a lot more around and worth it to just walk around and see things…for foreigners needing the comfort of other foreigners, it’s cool though you can just as easily avoid if you want. Mire to the area than just bars and English.

Shekou generally refers to the area within the Shekou Industrial Zone of the China Merchants Bureau. It is the jurisdiction of Shekou Street and Merchants Street in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province. It is located in the southeast of Shenzhen Nantou Peninsula, east of Shenzhen Bay, west of the Pearl River, and Yuen Long and Liufu Mountain in the New Territories of Hong Kong across the sea. It belongs to Nanshan District. The area covers an area of 10.85 square kilometers.

Shekou is a very famous area in Shenzhen. First, there is located a big port, a real big one. Furthermore, Shekou is an area of entertainment, especially for night and evening. Highly recommend to visit for relaxation.
