Jiaozuo Yuanrong Temple was built in the seventh year of Yonghe in the Eastern Jin Dynasty (AD 351). It is the royal sanctuary of the Northern Qi Dynasty and the ancestral courtyard of the Korean Yuanrong ancestor. It was rebuilt in 2003 at a cost of more than 100 million yuan.
