It is a foreigner's hall that is not open to the public, but it is said that it can be used as a wedding ceremony hall to cut off the foreigner's hall. Built in １８９２ (Meiji ２５), it has been certified as a traditional building in Kobe City. You can't enter the residence, but you can see the nice garden and buildings from between the gates.
