Longwangshan Scenic Area

The place is good but not well kept. I entered through the north side which is really kept in a way that one can guess the site management’s irresponsible behaviour. It was actually like a walk through a jungle as trees and shrubs or not trimmed for a long time. In the middle of track there is a Buddhist temple, which again is not kept in a way a praying place should be. There are piles of garbage at some places waiting to be dumped. However, as I approached to the end of track, that side is in better condition. There is a lake at the south side, and people were fishing there with their kids. Although not kept well, however if you like to observe a site that look likes a real jungle you must go there. If you are interested to see religious places, it’s a good choice to go there, you’ll not be happy with its condition though.

Longwang Mountain is located on Pancheng Street, Pukou District, Nanjing City, backed by Nanjing Information Engineering University. The archway at the foot of the mountain has a certain history and culture, but it has been in disrepair for a long time and is a bit shabby. There is a road that can go directly to the top of the mountain, a good choice for mountaineering.

There is also a Chengqi Building, which closed when I went, and the wall inside was carved with a lot of messy words, dilapidated. The trees on the mountain are lush and there are a lot of weeds. When it's okay, walk along the mountain road and exercise.
