This park, clearly beloved by locals, is gaining more fame due to the prominent appearance of the large and strangely structured house at the top of the hill in the second season of Netflix’s The OA. As a show fan, I made it a must-see and wasn’t disappointed at all. Although the mysterious rose window does not exist in our reality, the house itself really does tower over you like it did in the show and is worth a few minutes of contemplation.

In the same week I first visited Ina Coolbrith Park, I learned who she was in a book I was reading. Named after the great San Francisco writer from Twain's era, this park offers one of the greatest views of San Francisco, with views of downtown and Alcatraz. It's a must visit. Very peaceful.
Beautiful viewsii
A pretty little park up on Russian Hill named after local writer Ina Coolbrith. It offers beautiful views over Telegraph Hill and towards the Financial District.
