In the Yilan County of Taiwan, the city is a relatively small place, and there are fewer tourists, which is extraordinarily quiet. In the Qing Jiaqing years, Wusha, who first entered the Lanyang Plain, first built the Tucheng to defend the Fans here, so he named it "The Head City." It is the northernmost town in Yilan County, but there is a collision between tradition and modernity. Wushi Fishing Port and the old city street are only one or two kilometers apart.
