When you finally reach your destination, you will find that all the trekking is worthwhile! Dashan Baojing District is divided into two parts, one is Black-necked Crane Nature Reserve, the other is Jigong Mountain Grand Canyon. The Black-necked Crane Reserve charges tens of yuan for tickets, including a huge alpine haizi, the habitat of the Black-necked Crane, and a well-constructed viewing passage. People can only observe the Black-necked Crane in the passage or in the distance. In fact, the viewing passage is still a long way from the lakeside where the black-necked crane lives. But in order to protect this rare national level animal and let them have a wintering habitat free from human disturbance, this is a very necessary measure. In the corridor stood piles of photographers carrying long guns and cannons, clicking and clicking. The second part of Dashanbao Scenic Area, Jigong Mountain Grand Canyon, can see the magnificent sea of clouds and sunrise and sunset here. This scenic spot is free. It's near a small village.
