About Zhongwei: Zhongwei is located on the edge of the Tengger Desert. With the Yellow River ahead of the city and the golden sands of the desert behind it, it is little wonder that the city is called the "Romantic City of Sands." The classic landscape of Zhongwei incorporates the great desert, the Yellow River, high mountains and oases. The eternally famous poet Wang Wei also left his traces here. Within the territory, there is a famous scenic spot called Shikouzi, the landscape of which is both breathtaking and unique. It attracts many tourists from both China and overseas. Additionally, Ningxia's traditional specialties can be found in great abundance throughout Zhongwei, which is why the city is sometimes called the "Goji Berry Capital."
