This experience was truly amazing! We were experiencing the Song Dynasty, and every dish was of a very high standard—something you can't find in Taiwan. There were no disappointments, and the performances were very well done. It really made you feel like you'd traveled back in time to be an official. The meal was actually quite filling, and the dining experience wasn't rushed at all. It's definitely worth the experience. They even sang "Happy Birthday" and offered birthday wishes to those celebrating, which was very thoughtful. 👍

Unexpected. Very tasty dishes. Served in sets (7/8 courses) with breaks for watching the show. Highly recommended.

Long Gourmet food journey (you definitely will fill up, recommended to have empty stomach) while watching relaxing performance. The place has a very good calm vibe, plan ahead because it is in the outer skirts of city. From performance not everything is in english, but you won't feel left out by missing out things.

We really liked it. Everything was fast, delicious, and beautiful. Perfect if you're not an expert in Chinese cuisine and don't want to spend a lot of time. We took the family package, which was enough for five people. Included: appetizers, salad, a large, beautiful fish, rice soup made in front of us, beautiful desserts, and a large teapot. My daughter loved the smoked pigeon. Thank you, everything was wonderful.
Reviews: Yu Garden New Chinese Tea Experience (Stunning Terrace Views of Yu Garden + Immersive Tea Ceremony + Variety of Tea Snacks + Premium Tea Selection)

Cool experience! I bought the voucher and made my reservation for the next day over the chat. There was a bit of confusion over what I had booked when I got there, but they sorted it out. The woman who did the tea ceremony was very knowledgeable and explained so much about the Chinese attitude to tea and the traditional practices around tasting it and how many times you can brew it. Overall a good tasting experience, just be prepared for a hard sales push after. I had planned to buy some teas but I was not prepared for the price point. It may be because of the tourist area, but these are way more expensive than even the priciest tea sellers I've bought from back home. I didn't know enough to be sure if I was being price gouged, so I only bought the smallest amount. Just be forewarned and enjoy the ceremony!

Meet and greet: No English spoken. No storage provided. Clothing - There is a choice. 170 cm short. 10 cm above the ankle. 4 stars. Fit - 5 stars. But there may be less flattering spots. Hair - painful. Hair done in less than 10 minutes. 4 stars. Makeup - overall, it looked good. It took about 10 minutes to do. BUT! The girl did someone else's makeup before me. And she didn't have the clearest skin, etc., and they started applying makeup to me with dirty brushes! I asked them to clean it or get new ones! The girl found one brush and quickly took the others so I didn't have time to notice. They applied my lips with a cotton swab, BUT they blended with a dirty brush! Hello, cold sores! I got up and immediately went to wash my lips with soap (hopefully it will pass)! I had a tinted lip balm with me, it saved me. I'll give it 2 stars for the lack of hygiene! They paint the dishes in the order they arrive. Food: I didn't like everything. But it was interesting to get to know the staff. I couldn't eat some of the sea creatures. 5 stars. The presentation was in Chinese. The dishes were dubbed in English.
