Zhanghe Reservoir

The river is located in the middle of Hubei Province, 18 kilometers from Jingmen City to the east. Construction began in July 1958 and completed in 1966. The reservoir control basin area is 2,212 square kilometers, accounting for74.5% of the area of the Weihe River basin.
