Lord of the rings feeling
Beautiful walk from the parking space up to the Lake. Once you reach the lake you’ll be totally flabbergasted by this little gem, lying in the midst of the mountain.

Wont say a must visit unless you have run out what to see in Macugnaga area. Also dont go on weekends during JUly/August, very very crowded and many kids ! Definitely not for me.

Not a natural lake but rather a small dam.
Wont say a must visit unless you have run out what to see in Macugnaga area. Also dont go on weekends during JUly/August, very very crowded and many kids ! Definitely not for me.
Nice Gelato, but...
There are so many more exciting mountainlakes to visit. But this is worth a visit for it`s icecream!
A nice trip
Quiet path, a beautiful walk in nature. Very beautiful lake with particular colors. Possibility to lunch and spend a quiet day
