    After going to Mardin, does not really worth it, as there is nothing there to see. I went in ramadan time so most of the shops were closed, I went upstairs to see the panoramic view, nothing much

    Midyat , the oriental city of times past...

    Amazing place! Take a walk through the narrow streets and imagine life some centuries ago. Wonderful colours and setting. Enjoy the visit!

    I was in midyat, it is a big city and has a small old helmet, with Chaldized churches but it is very similar to mardin, and this latter is much more spectacular
