The water is clean.

I went there for the first time, but is the beach right and left? There are two. I later found out that the other side was also a beach when I used the toilet without knowing it. There are not many waves and it is calm, so even small children can play with peace of mind. When I went a little offshore, I was able to snorkel in the rocky area and enjoyed the high transparency sea. Facilities such as hot water shower are also nearby and convenient. The parking fee was 1,000 yen.
When I first swam here, I remember being impressed by the beauty of the Sea of Japan. It is a small beach because it is a cove, but it is a popular place, about 30 minutes from Matsue City. It feels really good to swim on a day that is not a sea bathing period.
I was a little impressed by the beauty that never changed.

At the beach on the Shimane Peninsula, this is the most well-equipped beach and the sandy beach is beautiful, so it is by far the most popular. When I was a kid, I used to swim in the sea, but even though it's been decades since then, I was a little impressed by the beauty that has not changed. I think the access road has improved and it has become more and more convenient.
It was just Saturday in the Bon Festival, and it was crowded with young people.

I arrived around noon, but the parking lot along the beach was full, including vertical parking on the road. I was able to stay a little far away (about 150 m along the Prefectural Road 37). There was a seaside house on Nishihama, and at noon there was a long line of people buying yakisoba, curry rice, Frankfurt, beer, etc.
It is a shallow beach with clean water and a lake surface can be seen from a distance. On weekends and summer vacations, there are many families and groups with children.
