Kissei Hall, which was crowned by a pharmaceutical manufacturer at the old Matsumoto Civic Center. I watched a movie in a large hall, but 2,000 seats are big in this countryside!
It is the live venue for 2019. Drive from Tokyo, park at a nearby hotel, and head to Kissay Cultural Hall. Inside, it has a long and narrow hall structure in the direction of the second floor. You can enjoy the performance of the live sound quality.
I came to see ballet and killed time at a coffee shop near the entrance. Inside the store, Seiji Ozawa's orchestra classics are playing, which makes you feel better. I used only coffee shops, but I can't imagine it from the name Pause (German), and there are plenty of Japanese food such as cherry blossom sets. All the clerk was cheerful and the atmosphere was good. I'm glad I was able to relax until just before the performance because I could go to the large hall.
Kissei Cultural Hall, the main venue of the Seigeozawa Matsumoto Festival. There is also a bus from Matsumoto Station, but it takes about 40 minutes quickly. A shuttle bus is recommended after the concert.

It's far from the center.
I took the shuttle bus from Matsumoto Station. It is on the side of Shinshu University. It was compact and it was a good place to hold a meeting.
