Katsuura Onsen

Katsuura Onsen is a hot spring area gushing along the coast at the foot of Mount Nachi among the three Kumano mountains listed as a World Heritage Site, "Kumano Nachi Taisha Shrine" and "Nachi Falls" with the highest water level in Japan. Nachi Katsuura Town also has the largest tuna catch in Japan. It can be said that it is a town of tuna, so it is one of its characteristics that you can enjoy hot springs and tuna dishes at the same time.
