Must be fun in the summer.
Active in the warm season the steps create lovely gradually descending water space. Nice urban arrangement. Must be nice in the summer for children during the hot weather.

The water steps easily deserve five stars, but it is May 21, 2022 and the water is turned off so they only get four stars. I should add that it is 95 degree F today.
There is currently no water running through the steps. It is just “Steps Park”….and not so nice. Currently, Pittsburgh as a whole still seems very shut down due to COVID (7/27/2021)

May 21, 2022 - No Water!
The water steps easily deserve five stars, but it is May 21, 2022 and the water is turned off so they only get four stars. I should add that it is 95 degree F today.
NO WATER at Water Steps Park
There is currently no water running through the steps. It is just “Steps Park”….and not so nice. Currently, Pittsburgh as a whole still seems very shut down due to COVID (7/27/2021)
