The park is divided into wetland conservation area, recovery and reconstruction area, mission display area, reasonable utilization area, management service area 5 functional areas, is a wetland ecology, waterfront leisure, wetland culture as the core characteristics, set wetland ecological sightseeing, wetland science popularization mission, waterfront leisure vacation, Wetland cultural experience and other functions in one park.
