The cafe on the first floor was crowded with the old ladies and gentlemen sitting leisurely in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows, basking in the sun, drinking coffee and chatting, which was probably part of their retirement life. My foreign language is not good, Art Center is not able to appreciate, there are not many exhibits inside, more like a place for locals to relax.
