Lovely beach with good amenities
Lovely beach and the anchor cemetery adds some interest! Nice range of cafes and shops too. Well worth the walk from Tavira beach.
Really great chill out bar
The Blue Bar Barril beach Fantastic beach bar cocktails,food,wine etc, Great music to chill out and relax, friendly staff.
Enjoy nature with a touch of history
Beautiful Beach and amazing surroundings. Very relaxing to spend some chilling time. I love to hike there and back home!
Railway is the highlight
In the pre-season you can park the car freely near the train station. The bimmelbahn brings you to the beach by the crossing of the Marsland. At the beach there are cafes, toilets etc. In the summer si ...
Best beach to relax!
Algarve has a lot of beaches and it's nice everywhere, but the beach here has the impression that many older people are visiting, and I was able to spend a very quiet time. There are restaurants and cafes near the beach, so you can spend the day slowly. Also, the toilet was well managed (Is it because it is off-season?) I was able to use it comfortably! It is one of the beaches I want to visit again.
