It must have been a military fortress in ancient times. It is located in a commanding position, and the surrounding Nile River scenery is unobstructed, which is very beautiful.”

AricFong:“We finally arrived in Siwa after a 5-hour drive from Matruh at noon today. As soon as we put away our backpacks, we immediately came to this time-honored restaurant in Siwa. This restaurant was recommended by the hotel front desk and ranked first on TripAdvisor. , so I immediately rushed over and gave it a try.

Many tourists come here to eat. It’s full. Don’t expect the restaurant to be beautiful. It’s good to have a better environment to eat here.
Serve:
When the waiter saw us ordering 4 items, he said we ordered too much☺️☺️ We immediately refused to order!
"Cheese Pie" is not a dessert! It’s a staple! Staple food! Staple food! It’s just that this delicious thing was too big, so we ordered too much.
"Lebanese Chicken Kebab" is delicious! recommend!
"Kabab" is just average!
"Egyptian Soup" is delicious! recommend!

It seems like every Chinese person in Marsa Matruh is here [Scowl]. And a lot of locals seem to like it, too.
But is everyone here their first time?
Or is my sense of taste failing me…

Ordering is incredibly hassle-free. You have to queue (and it's a random queue) at the seafood stalls, ordering each dish individually. You even have to confirm the weight of some dishes. I just ordered a few basics…
From the time I ordered to the time the food arrived, it took almost an hour…
(I ordered a large, large queue, and then I had to wait in line again 😅)
I tried it, and it was delicious and looked incredibly appetizing!
But it was so greasy that I couldn't eat it. [Askance]
P3 was given batter-fried fish balls.
It felt like a very local dish! But we didn't finish it. It was so choking that my palate refused to eat anymore...
My stomach was also completely filled with water...
Even our manager, Xiao Shuai, asked us why there were so many leftovers. We were so frustrated. It was so choking that every bite would drain a whole bottle of water. 😅😅
