From the main road, it is located right after getting off the Route 4 Bypass, and there is a large parking lot for those traveling by car, so I think it is a facility where you can relax.
The facility itself is about 10 years old as of 2023, so it has deteriorated to some extent, but I think it is a clean facility.
It has a bath, meals, a rest room, etc., so I think it is good.
I haven't seen anyone sleeping in their car. The location may be good for taking a bath before sleeping in your car these days.”
