Customer service is very efficient. I had a problem with my ticket with Nesma Airlines and the ticket was overbooked. They efficiently connected with the airline and refunded the full ticket price. Thank you very much for your professional follow-up.

Trip.com Reviews for Flights

Trip.com Reviews for Flights

When planning a trip and comparing flights online, you want a platform you can trust and rely on. Trip.com is trusted by 300 million travellers worldwide and works with over 680 international airlines, giving users access to a wide range of flight options.

This strong global network is reflected in real user experiences, with many travellers reporting positive results when booking flights through Trip.com. Users often highlight the competitive prices and the straightforward, easy-to-use booking process.

Price & Value

So far, I have no complaints for Trip.com flight booking. It saved me about $100—money I can spend on souvenirs instead.
Found a really good deal on a long-haul flight. The booking was simple and I paid less than I expected.

Booking Experience & Transparency

Prompt confirmation emails and clear terms are also common positives:

I just booked a flight and received booking confirmation in 20 minutes. The T&Cs were clearly laid out in the entire booking process and they follow the airline's own policies.
Booking the flight was easy and didn't take long. All the flight details were clear before I paid.

Changes, Refunds & Customer Support

However, challenges may arise when dealing with non-refundable tickets or needing to modify bookings. Some travelers have faced slow customer service responses:

I had to change my flight due to a family issue. It took some time to reach customer service, but they helped me in the end.
Trip.com followed up on flights and tours that we had to cancel due to illness and managed to get half our money back. We were very pleased with the correspondence with real people and we felt they went beyond what they needed to do.
The flight tickets price from Trip.com is much lower than any other platform. The trade-off is your booking cannot be changed or canceled, thus no refund at all. You really need to be sure about your travel plan before booking.

Overall Experience & Trust

I would use Trip.com again, especially if I find a good deal. Just make sure you read the fare rules carefully.
Not perfect, but reliable. As long as you understand the ticket conditions, it's a useful booking site.

Tips for Booking Flights on Trip.com

  1. Double-Check Flight Details: Ensure all passenger information and travel dates are correct before confirming.
  2. Review Fare Rules: Understand cancellation and change policies for your chosen fare.
  3. Confirm with the Airline: Verify your booking directly with the airline for peace of mind.

Price Match & Value

I booked a hotel in London through Trip.com and the price was cheaper than any other site. I even found a lower rate afterwards and got the difference refunded quickly.
The price was reasonable, and I knew they would refund the difference if I found a cheaper option, which gave me peace of mind.

Customer Support & Refunds

When there was a mistake with my room type, I contacted Trip.com. It took a couple of calls, but the support team sorted it out.

Booking Issues

However, a few users have experienced discrepancies in room types or misunderstandings about hotel amenities. Overbooking can occasionally cause inconveniences, requiring time to resolve with customer service.

I had booked a specific room type, but upon arrival, the hotel provided a different one. It took several calls to Trip.com to resolve this.

Overall Stay Experience

The hotel matched the photos and description. I would consider booking again.

Double Room
I have stayed at this hotel twice in London. The location is very convenient. It is close to Russell Square. Across the square is the British Museum. It is very convenient to see exhibitions. Next to UCL, there are many students and full of vitality. The surrounding transportation is convenient. All kinds of bus stations are convenient to go anywhere. It takes 10 minutes to walk to St. Pancras and King's Cross stations. The hotel has a large passenger flow. There are many students from all over the world who come to study, so the service can keep up with it, which is very good. I think it would be hard to find a better value hotel in the area, and I recommended it to a friend visiting London last year, and the feedback was great. Continue to live afterwards.

Twin Room
They said they upgraded my room, but it felt more like a downgrade. The room was clean and small, but the bed was very comfortable. The soundproofing was just okay. It's a huge hotel, and it gets really, really crowded (waiting for the elevator took forever). The location is good though, with a tour bus stop right outside (it's paid). But I really want to talk about the breakfast! It was terrible, and at £17 per person, regardless of age, it's absolutely not worth it! The bread was the cheapest supermarket kind, the British scrambled eggs were an embarrassment, and the coffee was instant. I've never seen sausages and bacon like that before. I honestly recommend eating out; it's cheaper and better, and at least the ingredients are real! You definitely won't find that leisurely, wake-up-slowly breakfast feeling here.

The hotel room was clean and hygienic, and the single room had decent space. Breakfast was too crowded. I had to wait a long time to check in in the afternoon and to store my luggage in the morning. I hope they can speed things up.
