It is very convenient and fast to get off the plane and read the signs, then go to the service desk to pick up the driver's results. The only time I returned the car, the signs were a bit unclear and it took time to find the right entrance

Very friendly and efficient staff, got the insurance full coverage so it is good. the pickup is not at the airport so need tk take their shuttle bus to get there. The car is good is quality but the overall cleanliness can be improved.
