In tandem with ceramicist George Rodriguez's May exhibition, Clap Clap Clap DOG SHOW!, Foster/White will host a free dog show in gallery on Saturday, May 3 at 2 pm. We invite you to join us and bring your dog to participate in a series of categories including evening wear (any dog outfit counts), runway, and talent. Our judges, Phen Huang, George Rodriguez, and Dawn Ford and Barley from Old Dog Haven will vote on which dog is Best is Show. The winner will receive a medallion made by Rodriguez. Jointly managed by the University of Washington Botanic Gardens and the City of Seattle, its 230 acres contain a dynamic assortment of plants, some found nowhere else in the Northwest. In May, the Azaleas and Rhododendrons are in full bloom. There are plant collections Asiatic Maples, Birches and Poplars, Camellias, Hawthorns, Hollies, Rhododendrons, Azaleas, Japanese Maples, etc.https://botanicgardens.uw.edu/about/ Meeting Time & Place: May 17th, 2022 -10 AM.
