Everything that we Think is true are but shadows in the scale of the Universe, both in Einstein’s Space & Time, but more importantly, in TIME’S SPACE. The Mind. All Human Cognitions operate at resonant frequencies LOWER than the Brain. This workshop is designed specifically for women who are new to strength training and want to learn the basics in a supportive and welcoming environment, without feeling overwhelmed or intimidated. ONLY 7 SPOTS PER TIMESLOT so make sure you select the correct time when purchasing tickets. Certified Personal Trainer, Adelade LaFontaine will guide you through the movements every beginner should learn before lifting weights, with a focus on form and safety. Then we'll learn how and when to introduce dumbbells. Lastly, we'll learn some basic setup and exercises on the cable machine and finish with a Q&A where you can ask me anything and everything you want to know about strength training and how to integrate it into your life.
