This course will introduce participants to drawing and painting portraits and is suitable for beginners and those with some experience. You will be given an introduction to the methods, techniques and ways of looking needed to create a likeness. Basic drawing and painting materials including acrylic paint, paper and canvas will be provided. Please bring your own acrylic paint brushes. You are welcome to bring any additional materials that you would like to use. *Please note, oil painting will not be covered in this course.
