Movement, Breath & Meditation for Overactive Minds (1:1) | Walnut Creek
Jul 14, 2025 (UTC-7)ENDED
Walnut Creek
Two 90-minute Sessions via Zoom. By arrangement - please email lenipratte@gmail.com.
Allow yourself to release stored emotions and energies that no longer serve your Highest Good.
Through this powerful sequence, your body-mind will not only learn how to discharge the stresses and tensions from the body but to fully embody the experience so that you can accommodate this practice into your daily routine.
We start with some gentle movement and somatic exercises to get us out of the mind and into the body, awakening our feeling, sensing & intuiting mode.
This is follwed by a series of pranayama exercises which helps us connect to our prana, our energy body, and lead us to our internal landscape of thoughts, feelings, emotions, memories, drives, desires.
Finally, you will be led with a guided meditation with music to experience the Present moment fully, the Eternal Now that has no story, no judgement and no drama - just the loving Awareness that's always there.
Bring pillow, heavy blanket, journal and water bottle.
