Inspired by Baroque paintings, sculptures, and drawings at the AGO, in her first solo museum exhibition, American artist Jesse Mockrin radically re-envisions familiar historical subjects—Bathsheba, Solomon, and Daphne among them—through her own contemporary, feminist lens.
