C'est le défi que vous propose l'atelier découverte de la Fresque de la Renaissance Écologique dans cet atelier de 3 heures au TLM. Avec ses 24 chantiers , La Renaissance Écologique propose une vision de l’avenir et s’appuie sur des solutions qui existent et possibles à concrétiser. Un atelier visuel , créatif et collaboratif permettant la construction de représentations communes, pour imaginer, concevoir et mettre en œuvre les projets d'une société résiliente. Depuis quelques années, la recherche en éducation accorde une attention croissante à la relation entre le cerveau, l’apprentissage et l’enseignement. Elle met en lumière l’idée qu’une meilleure compréhension du fonctionnement cérébral est susceptible d’éclairer et d’enrichir les choix pédagogiques. L'Association pour la recherche en neuroéducation vous invite à une école d’été pour aborder comment le cerveau fonctionne et apprend. Elle permettra de discuter de principes pédagogiques prenant appui sur le fonctionnement du cerveau dans le but de fournir des points de repère pour réfléchir autrement ses choix pédagogiques. Plus spécifiquement, il faut changer les connexions neuronales de son cerveau. Ces changements sont possibles grâce à cette remarquable capacité du cerveau appelée la neuroplasticité. Qu’est-ce exactement que la neuroplasticité ? Comment la favoriser pour aider les élèves à mieux apprendre ? Lors de cette présentation, nous discuterons de ces questions pour mettre en évidence le principe neuroéducatif le plus important et le plus fondamental pour mieux apprendre et enseigner : activer les neurones liés à l’apprentissage visé. Or, cette plasticité cérébrale est influencée par différents facteurs dont l’un des plus important est l’espacement des périodes d’apprentissage et d’études. En effet, organiser judicieusement ces périodes permet de mieux apprendre et de moins oublier. Comment l’espacement favorise-t-il la consolidation des connexions neuronales? Comment l’optimiser pour aider les élèves à mieux apprendre? Lors de cette présentation, nous discuterons de ces questions pour mettre en évidence l’un des principes neuroéducatif les plus susceptibles d’améliorer les apprentissages. Pour en maximiser les retombées sur l’apprentissage, il importe de comprendre les mécanismes cognitifs et cérébraux qui en soutiennent l’efficacité. Cet atelier se penchera sur plusieurs dimensions fondamentales : Quels sont les principaux types de rétroaction, et comment influencent-ils le fonctionnement cérébral et l’apprentissage? Quelles sont les caractéristiques d’une rétroaction efficace? Existe-t-il des considérations liées à l’âge de l’apprenant dans l’élaboration des rétroactions? Cette présentation proposera donc un éclairage accessible sur les principes scientifiques de la rétroaction, en plus d’offrir des pistes concrètes pour bonifier nos interventions au quotidien. 15h15: Motivation et cerveau: quels leviers pour soutenir l’apprentissage?
