Pub Politics | Suffolk Punch

Jul 2, 2025 (UTC+1)ENDED
New Ipswich
Conferences
Politics is broken, over 40% of people didn't vote in the 2024 General election, more people than voted for the winning party. People are disillusioned, we don't trust our elected officials and often don't even believe the media to give us honest news. There is no easy solution to this, change must be bottom up from normal people and the first step is for normal people to be able to talk. Pub Politics is there to offer that first step, to talk uncensored, to find common ground with our neighbours who far more often share our views than either side of the political divide. If that ends at a good chat, thats fine but it is my hope that it opens the door for more. Information Source: Pub Politcs | eventbrite

IPK Leaver's Party & Graduation Ceremony 2025 We would like to invite you to our Leaver's party and graduation ceremony 2025! We start with a party, for just the children, including lots of party games and a yummy party tea, and then invite the grown-ups to join us at 6pm for the graduation ceremony. All children that are not already attending on Friday 18th July can be dropped off at Preschool at 3.45pm for the party and then each child can have a maximum of two adults join us at 6pm for the ceremony. We have to strictly limit it to only two adults per child as we have 51 children graduating and do not want it to be too overcrowded meaning that not everyone has a good view! We also request that no siblings attend (however big or small) so please make sure you find alternative care for them as if you arrive with them we will not be able to allow them to attend. So that we have an idea of numbers please 'purchase' a party ticket for your child (even if they are booked in to attend that day) and either one or two ceremony tickets for the adults. Please note that this email has been sent to both parents so please make sure that only one of you books the child ticket and then you either book one adult ticket each or one of you books two.
