If you fly into Modlin, the train station is 2 km from the airport. So you need to get a shuttle bus to the station, and then a regional train into Warsaw. Alternatively, you can take the Modlinbus, which connects with Ryanair flights. It will drop you at Metro Mlociny, Metro Centrum, and and Plac Defilad. It takes 45 mins in total.
