They went through a round of computer work and finally confirmed that the reservation was for a double bed room, but there was no apologies. Although it was possible to change it to a queen-size bed, I didn’t change it because I didn’t want to go through the trouble because I had a lot of luggage. This unspeakable service attitude really affects the mood of the New Year.

The hotel is the best hotel in Jianghua County. Vienna deserves to be a chain hotel. The service and hygiene are first-class. The hotel has breakfast, which is delicious. There is a special laundry room. Because the nail was split, the service attitude of the guy at the front desk was very good. Okay, bring your own nail clippers to the room. The service attitude is very good, because we are on a business trip, and if we really need it, they will do their best to help customers. I will stay here again on my business trip next year.
