The hotel was a bit troublesome to stay in and had to be contacted by email to get instructions to enter, which made people feel inconvenient. However, the cleanliness of the room was satisfactory and the accommodation felt comfortable. However, after using the bathtub, my skin felt uncomfortable and may be related to water quality or detergent. The service staff was friendly and always willing to help, plus a lot of points. Overall, despite the cumbersome check-in procedures and bathtub problems, the overall environment and service were still pleasant. It would be a better choice if these minor problems could be improved.

Accommodation in the local bar. The bar downstairs is in the direction of Eton in Windsor. It is very quiet. The bed is suitable for two people. There is no elevator. The wooden stairs are relatively narrow and retro. milk. A very quiet town and more comfortable than London ~ 10 minutes walk from the train station. Dinner in many bars is very good👍

In Windsor, there are not many hotels within walking distance from the castle. This is one of them. I have to book as soon as possible. I checked a few days before check-in. The price has risen a lot. If you book a room by car, you must book a parking space at the same time. The hotel parking lot can park about 10 cars. I booked a parking space late and I was able to park in a public parking lot about 500 meters away. The room is a bit compact, but the demand determines the price.

It was ok. The location is great and that’s what you are paying for really. Right across from Windsor castle. The information says it’s been updated. It has not. The paper on our ceiling was coming down, the bath tub surround was molding, the shower head was not even a shower head but maybe circa 1969’s spout. There was some sort of grease or dirt on the tile below the sink. I wiped it up so the next person would not have to see it as clearly housekeeping did not. The water was hot though so there’s that. The linens were clean. It was good enough for a night I guess.

It’s such a stunning and peaceful place for good break with family. The room is decent decorated and clean. All staffs serve us sincerely and feel warm to stay . free parking here once you stay in hotel. We have enjoyed a very nice dinner in Italians restaurant and comfy bar next to it . I would recommend to come again next time once driving to Windsor .
