Very nice place and staffs are very helpful. Everything alright and surrounding environment is good. But I couldn't find the oven (only microwave) in the room. It will be much better if a washing machine is also equipped. The dear park must be visited. I recommend this hotel.

The reception staff were very polite, a gentleman who works at night was extremely friendly giving me snacks in the early hours because I was hungry and the kitchen was closed. Only the cleaning staff made a lot of noise at 7:30am, a very early time to start, which could disturb guests who are still resting.

I’d looked at previous reviews and wasn’t sure what to expect, however we were really pleased with our stay. Location excellent, staff very pleasant and helpful. Rooms, although bathroom a little tired, everything was clean. Bed was very comfortable and bedding nice quality. Nice touches included toiletries (espa) , kettle and coffee maker. We opted for the breakfast deal. Quality and selection of food both excellent. Would definitely book again.

Booked this hotel as we was going to the take that concert at city ground, it's very close to the city center with all the pubs and clubs in walking distance and even closer to Nottingham castle and ye old trip to Jerusalem bar which is a must visit very quirky. The staff are very friendly and polite and the hotel is very clean with all the amenities you would need for a break away. The hotel is in walking distance to the station but also has parking outside the hotel but is limited but the us a multi storey next door. We will definitely be using this hotel again next time we visit

We stayed for two nights in this hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy. The receptionists are nice and helpful. Also, the price is reasonable and the breakfast is great. However, the Nottingham city itself is ****. We paid the tram fare buy still got the penalty and the appeal got rejected. The tram officers are rude and they do not listen to what you say. It is strongly advised not to live and stay in Nottingham, unless you have plenty of money to be fined.

Very clean and comfortable with all new furnishings and new 55 inch tv Unfortunately, I was only booked in for the one night; arrived late and left early. Overall a short but pleasant stay. A lovely place. We we're a bit iffy on sraying due to the rating of the hotel but after reading the reviews most were about the rooms being dated. Since we were only planning to be there for a night, who cares? There was an issue with the booking from Trip.com's side which the duty manager Declan was able to resolve in a timely mannor while also making the wait very pleasant with some nice chat. The staff were lovely, including the two young ladys on the bar/food service as well as Declan. Unfortunately didnt get the girls names. The building is stunning and surrounded by lovely woods, perfect for a walk. Rooms are a bit dated, sure, but why are you looking to spend all your time in your room? More than enough to have a comfy sleep in. Also as a side note on that, id imagine It's a listed building and so hard an expensive to update. Overall a lovely night and a pleasant morning having breakfast then a walk. Absolutely would recommend.

Fantastic location, right in the centre of Nottingham. Due to location was noisy at night due to nearby bars but hotel supply comfortable earplugs which was very considerate. Overall cleanliness was good, however there was a visible stain on one of the pillows. Having a separate ironing room on each floor and everything ready to start ironing made my job much easier. There were no hand towels in the bathroom, so I had to use the body towel to dry my hands. Overall I was very pleased and it will definitely be a hotel I plan to stay at when I come back.

The price is very high, the transportation is convenient, there is a large supermarket Lidl opposite, and life is very convenient.
