Car park is small but I managed to get a space. I would recommend Naps Inn great value for money.

We stayed at the heart of Birmingham city, with designated hotel parking lots at the basement (you have to pay extra for parking but £13 overnight is good enough).
Free coffee and hot chocolate at the lobby.
Room is comfortable and of good size. Interestingly, the bathroom door serves its dual role of both the bathroom’s and the toilet’s door.
Breakfast was fantastic with ingredients to make a full English breakfast (minus the black pudding).
Recommend this place if you want to be close to bustling heart of the city center.

Reception staff were very polite friendly and helpful, would be nice if the reception hours were longer though.
Location was perfect for easy access to all the attractions of Birmingham City center, although the area itself doesn't look the nicest it was safe and secure and closer to my both the train and bus station.
Would highly recommend this accommodation and Birmingham in general as a lovely place to visit

|1.91km from city centreThe hotel is located in prime place where there are many pubs around. Though our room is on 6th floor, It is quite noisy at night and we barely slept due to the traffic and honking horns at 3:30am, People fighting and yelling at the top of their voice.
It is weird that this hotel has partition between the toilet with no wash basin and the bath tub, Felt very unhygienic. The air conditioning is not efficient, when complained to the reception, they are kind enough to send us a fan which made it easier to sleep.
The staff is perfect and their service is excellent.

|0.73km from city centreThe toilet is not very sanitary and cannot get in water in the bathroom You have to use a floor mop to push the water back and it takes at least an hour to get the water. I stayed for two nights, but on the first night I found two towels that were quite dirty, so I called them. I asked for two relatively clean towels, but after waiting for 40 minutes, no one changed them, so I took them myself. The staff who answered the phone should have forgotten. Maybe they forgot all the guests' problems while chatting!

V had Netflix and prime also YouTube. Out of all the hotels I have stayed I would rate it 6/10 because it's convenient and when you leave your 2 minutes away from thr train station. Wasn't pleased as it wasn't serving breakfast as renovating the restaurant.

When we entered the room, there was an armchair with a base for our child. The location itself is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. However, there are several issues that affected my stay.
First, the air conditioning in the room was not cold enough, even when set to the lowest temperature. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably, especially during warm weather.
Second, the WiFi provided was an unsecured public network, which did not feel safe for handling any personal or sensitive information online.
While the room was reasonably clean, the bathroom had a persistent mouldy smell that did not go away throughout my stay.
Overall, I would not recommend staying here for more than one night. There are better options available in the same area.

The only downside is the shower area, the curtain was short and water spilling everywhere when take shower.

This hotel is to take the airport light rail for three minutes, then get off the train for ten minutes to walk through the exhibition hall. The exhibition hall is about five minutes walk. Remember that the hotel entrance is at the pizza shop. After entering the door, the elevator is on the second floor. It is the lobby, don't go wrong or circle. The breakfast is very suitable for the Chinese stomach, and the variety is very rich. I live here because I want to participate in the cake show every November. The picture is that it is convenient to go to the exhibition hall without going too far, otherwise the mobile phone is tired. Actually, it is also very tired, stop and go all the way. The hotel is actually a Shanghai-like Heshenghui, a big shopping mall. The hotel reception is in the corner of the second floor of the shopping mall. The guest room is inside the corner building built outside the main building. I feel that the floor of the guest room is built instead of cement, but the quality is very good. . There are not many stores in the mall, the British consumption is not high in the country, and there is a little bit of Colombia in the north. It feels high consumption. There are very few other shops. There is a coffee shop costa in the mall. You can buy a sandwich clerk to help you heat up. The huge sandwich is delicious. There is a specialty store in the Swiss Lotus chocolate, and it is more cost-effective to sell chocolate. Finally, the check-out of this hotel is not to check the room, the room card can go directly to the front desk.

We had to turn the room ventilation/heating off as it was warm enough for us
Great location for us - we were attending a women’s football game at Aston which was a 30 minute walk away.
Lots of eateries over the way.
The only negative I can comment on was the fact the road sign was not lit so we missed the turn off as it’s tucked down a little slip road.
We had a good stay and would definitely book it again for our next visit.
