"Stayed at this hotel before when it was an Etap. This hotel is always clean and comfortable, but remember it is lo cost. Breakfast's are expensive but there is a McDonalds about 10min walk down the road. Only criticism is that there should be a kettle in the rooms."

"The Hotel was very nice. Nice big rooms,great shower,nice staff and decent breakfast. The rooms could really do with a fridge,as they don't have a restaurant and if you bought a salad our sandwiches you had know where to keep them cool. Also, if 2 people staying in a room,more coffee and milk is required. You can ask reception for extra coffee and milk,but be better if they can at least give you 4 coffee instead of 2"

"Disgraceful hotel staff ruined our Christmas we booked with shearings a few years ago. Wrong choice of hotel angry and drunk manager who physically threatened my disabled friend the coach manager had to stop the manager from hitting him. Appalling behaviour. They over packed the numbers and there were never enough seats at any of the set meals which were vile. We were made to stay in a back room for meals throughout the stay which was a depressing dump. These people should be ashamed of themselves taking all that money for such an awful experience. First night arrival no food after a 15 hour trip shocking made to feel grateful for their plates of peanuts and nowhere around to go to eat either or buy food. It's in the middle of nowhere. If shearings are still taking their customers there then shame on them. We sadly made the wrong choice others we chatted to that had come back from Holland were treated so well at their hotel at their shearings holiday greeted with hot soup etc. Shocking shocking people at this hotel. I wish I had took more notice of the reviews but I just thought people were moaning unnecessarily. Avoid Avoid."
