"At 9:00am, someone opened my room door. I immediately called the front desk and checked who it was, but they did not call back. As I called the front desk one more time, they said it was house keeping staff. But I put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign and even more, they did not knock on the door. I talked to the hotel manager and the housekeeping staff went for a direct apology. Instead of apologies, the staff was yelling at me and hiding from me. This is a serious violation of privacy and safety, but they do not resolve this problem as I contacted with the hotel customer service."

"Had a lovely stay at this place. Staff were excellent. Our son who has autism and LD didn’t like the evening meal, but that wasn’t a problem Eileen who was very friendly and helpful cooked him something he did like. Thank you Eileen from Mark.. Bedrooms were basic but clean, tidy and warm, and the shower was clean and water hot. Bedding was also clean and fresh. Pillows were the best I have ever slept on, I haven’t slept that long for years. Breakfast was buffet style which was excellent and plenty for everyone. Even meal good, soup starter, especially the cauliflower one was delicious. Throughly enjoyed our stay, the only thing that would have made it better was to have tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. Thank you again for a lovely stay.."
