"We stayed at the fabulous Wern Mill caravan park but ventured out to eat. Wandering through Aberaeron we noticed lots of people sitting outside The Castle Hotel so we thought we’d give them a try. The salt beef toasted sandwich with the delicious broccoli side salad was enough to make our day! My daughter had the pork and apple sandwich which came with a pot of gravy to dip! Just delightful! As for the chips?! Best I’ve tasted in a long time. Thank you for one very tasty, gorgeous lunch! Highly recommend"

"On checking in we were shown to our room. The room was ample in size. The bed was very comfortable enabling a good nights sleep. The en-suite had been refurbished with a shower. A problem with water pressure was promptly attended to. As we were eating as a group of fourteen, we had pre ordered, and our meals were served speedily all together. Our choices of food were hot and well presented. There was a good choice on the breakfast menu again served without delay. The staff were attentive nothing being too much trouble making for a relaxing stay."

"I had a lovely stay here, right in the centre of this beautiful little town. The breakfast was absolutely incredible, obviously the focus and worth the trip on its own - I would have loved to have stayed longer to try more of the food. The room was also very well-equipped and fresh, with some generous extra touches and genuinely one of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on. The entrance hall and corridors are pretty rustic and tired, which could give a bad first impression if it wasn't for the friendly welcome from the team, but otherwise everywhere is very nicely decorated and clearly a lot of thought has gone into it."

"My wife and I recently returned from a short stay at llys Aeron guest house. We do lots of short breaks around England and Wales and we can confidently say that Llys Aeron was without doubt the best we have stayed at. The room we stayed in was very spacious and beautifully furnished,(spotlessly clean). There are only three rooms,(all on the first floor) and there is also a two bedroom apartment on the lower ground floor leading to the lovely garden. The breakfast was exceptional.Cooked fresh to perfection,or a wide choice of alternatives if required. Kerry,the owner was wonderful.Along with her husband Johnathan,they run an excellent guest house. We will definitely be arranging a return visit later in the Summer."
