We rented the apartment and one single room. The staff are very friendly. Both place has harbour view. The apartment is not very close to the hotel and there is a 10 minutes walk. But the apartment is very lovely. The only thing is that there are no lifts In either place. Also, the window for the hotel room are very old and has the 2 wood boards instead of the curtains. It is very original, but not really sound proof.

This hotel was ok. Seemed more set up for older people and holiday makers. Helpful staff. Accommodate my need to have an early breakfast, as normal hours not conducive to a work schedule.

Came here on Sunday, we had been at this venue before and the experience we had was absolutely fantastic that was last year. But, the second visit was a hugely very disappointed in terms of the starters I had oyster. The presentation was excellent the service on the whole was impressive. The oysters i ordered or lack of, was nothing i expected there was nothing i had to scrapped off the 'oyster meat' ..refer photo. I'm a seafood connoisseur and I know my oysters! My guess is, the preparation on the oyster was done with a hacksaw! Management please take note, i doubt if any of the issue or address this small insignificant will made any difference....

The standard that every hotel should attain to be. Amazing location over looking the harbour. The public areas are excellent, modern while keeping the buildings charm. The terrace is the perfect place for a sunset and a beer. Good quality local beers on tap. Our room (room1) was perfect! A good space, good quality bedding, a very nice bathroom and a fantastic view. Breakfast was good. The staff are all ultra professional and sincerely friendly. This is a great find and we will be back.

Excellent all round. A warm welcome when arriving with free parking. We had our complimentary coffee and cake out the front of the hotel after being shown to our room which was nicely set out with a lovely view of the harbour. We had a walk around Aberaeron which was quite lively and had a nice atmosphere. We had booked an evening meal at the restaurant and this was delicious, excellent service and excellent food. We had a good night's sleep and a delicious breakfast the following day.

We had a room with a balcony which was very good. The bed was comfortable although the bedside lights were dim and made it very difficult to read in bed. The bathroom was large with a bath and a very good shower. The lighting was very poor and it was difficult to see to put contact lenses in or to shave by. The car park is small but there is plenty of free parking at the front of the hotel.

The room was lovely but we had the best one looking over harbour I was disappointed the doors didn't both open to the view on harbour. Only one opened so wasn't quite as we believed. The lifters great and parking was good. The location fab but was let down by breakfast. Was stunning but there was only one choice and you had no other options. Think a small bar with cereal and fruit, juice etc wouldn't have harmed. We paid for juice and felt akward asking for extras like marmalade and yogurt.
