We found our double room was clean & spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was constantly replenished & ideal. The hotel is conveniently placed close to the promenade & town. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Not on the street of Linhai. In the back street. Walk 3-5 minutes to the beach. Parking is on the roadside and is free.
We booked a one-bedroom apartment without breakfast. We were given a room in an apartment that also included breakfast for four people👍The apartment had an oven, microwave, stove and tableware. We bought food and wine in the supermarket in advance and it was very comfortable to eat in the apartment.
There is a small train called Cliff Railway nearby, which costs 7 pounds to go to Cliff. It is worth going to see the scenery of the whole town by the sea. In the summer of August, the temperature is only 15-16 degrees and the wind is very strong

Right by the sea, super beautiful! Sea view as soon as you go out! It's like a big homestay! There are about three rooms, and each space is ok. Downstairs is the living room and dining room, which is very suitable for several friends to play.

The hotel is clean, but there’s no lift and the stairs are steep and narrow, I’m coeliac and although I advised this at time of booking nobody seemed to know what did not did not contain gluten, so breakfast was stressful and really disappointing

Booked last minute and received a free upgrade on arrival as some rooms being painted. Lovely apartment with sea view.

Well-positioned, relatively cheap, good breakfast.
The room was small on the highest floor, thus quite warm (I had to sleep with my window open.
I like stiffer mattresses.

Fabulous location, few minutes walk to the sea front and town. We parked round the corner from the hotel, where there was no permit restriction.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was great, lots of choice.
The pier Bar is definitely worth a visit, it's so beautiful inside, there's a room with arcades, pool tables, upstairs more seating areas. Outside is the actual pier with fabulous views. The fish and chips is amazing, you will not be disappointed.
On the whole a fab little break away.
