Great hotel! Arrived late and was warmly received in a spacious air condition. Had breakfast delivered directly to my room and at checkout Raymond was very helpful and provided services above and beyond👍🏾 I will most certainly book here again when in Abidjan .

The hotel was very welcoming although the staff do not speak much English. They arranged the transfer from the airport. All worked very well. There is a nice outdoor space which is good for having a beer or dinner. There is good AC. The WIFI is excellent. Maybe the best I had on the holidays. You can exchange cash at the reception. You need to order your breakfast the night before. The breakfast is prepared individually and served at the time you ask for it. The food is good and the coffee is excellent. The bathroom is large with a good shower, but no shelves for toiletries. The hotel is comfortable but it is not close to anything. I would recommend the hotel, but I wish I had stayed closer to the center of the city.

Nice hotel with lovely staff. It’s quite secluded from the noise of the Main Street. Close to a pharmacy and supermarket. Restaurant food portions are huge! Rooms are clean and functional. There is a security guard at the entrance. Thank you!

Besides the distance to the commercial and social cities. This is a beautiful hotel worthy of 3 stars. It is actually the best I came across in Yopougon during my visit. Friendly staff with good English. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Abidjan.

The entire facility is homely and impeccably neat. You will feel close to nature with such originality as you wouldn't find elsewhere for the size and location of the facility. The maintenance culture is superb - visited for the first time in July of 2022 - the entire facility has remains pristine. Quality of service hasn't dropped one bit. On the price, you get much more value for your money. The staff are courteous and supportive, they see to it that you feel personally attended to. For English speaking guests, they got you covered too. The meals are great and fresh too. Anytime you visit Abidjan, Detente Hotel should be your choice hotel.
