I stayed here on a business trip, and I was impressed with the facilities in the room. It was well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and other essential appliances, making it incredibly convenient. The hotel also offers a dish cleaning service, which I absolutely loved—it really added to the comfort of my stay. The staff did cleaning the room daily, and everything was spotless. Overall, a fantastic experience with excellent service.

Excellent stay. We had to change our apartment since it got quite loud during the Easter celebration at the bar and the staff at the reception immediately arranged for the shift. The reception staff is always there to help out with a smile. Madhra and Roldan made sure our room was spotless every day, they brought us water and everything else we needed for the kitchen. At breakfast our children enjoyed interacting with all the staff ( am sorry I didn’t write down everyone's names on a paper to remember, but every single person was anticipating all our needs and having small kids with us made our stay even more pleasurable and easy) who were smiley and very approachable. We felt everyone had a genuine smile. Happy people made us all feel happy!

The staff at this hotel is truly great. The housekeeping staff is incredibly kind and does an outstanding job. I can’t thank them enough for the past month here with my family. The restaurant staff as well, they even took the initiative to make my daughter’s birthday special, creating a wonderful moment she won’t forget anytime soon! In short, a huge thank you!

I really wold to say the the housekeeping staff on the 10 floor is extremely respectful and extremely kind. They always greet me when they see me, specifically Ms. Jeba and Mr. Pyo. Both of them always do an exceptional job cleaning my apartment.

We’ve really enjoyed our stay in Park Rotana. Hotel staff were very friendly, disciplined and trained. Specially my baby really enjoyed and made friends here. We would like to mention “Sangeeta” our housekeeping lady she is wonderful, so welcoming and professional.She used to take care of everything like cleaning, changing sheets, kitchen cleaning everything. My daughter was very fond of sangeeta. Supervisor “Jeba”and other staff also who have been on rotational shifts with us they all have been wonderful and helpful. We are satisfied with your wobderful hospitality. We were worried that how are we going to stay in a hotel for almost 2 months, but your hotel made sure that we don’t miss our home back. Thank you for everything we will really miss you all and hope we come back again some day.

The hotel is big and clean. My room service personnel name renata is very good at her job, she clean the room nicely, clean and tidy with big smile on her face. In addition the breakfast is good, all staff are friendly as well. Will come here again in the future.

The service from the staff was excellent. They wre very friendly and ensured my room was always kept to a high standard. I was a very long way from home and away from my family but my stay was made a very comfortable stay. Keep up the fantastic work.
