Sunset Bay Club ★★★
"Been there many times. Allways been good but something happened this time Asked for top floor and we got that but in a building that was being renewaited. Not one flad but almost the whole building. Asked too be moved and was moved last two days and that was ok.the reception from that time did help and did as good as he could. We where thinking , that we where not going too come back but because of him we might. The one that that booked us in was not ok she should have told us about the complex and even offer us another in the beginng. Never find us in the system even if we have been coming there for many years and usely 4-5 times a year. So for first rime in years the score is not 10 its 5."
Bahia del Duque ★★★★★
"All perfect , the first day did not stay in a room that did not look correct and without problems changed us to another perfect , everything is perfect in this hotel"

Endless Summer Hostel ★★
"After a week we spent we not just improve our surf skills but also had a wonderful time. One of the best hostel with surf camp experience I have ever had. Rooms are super new and the staff were super nice to us. We have a lovely time there. See you next year!"
Tivoli la Caleta Resort ★★★★★
"The hotel is clean and very beautiful"
GF Isabel ★★★★
"We stayed at GF Isabel in an apartment and overall had a really nice stay. The location is great – easy to walk to shops, restaurants and the beach, which made everything very convenient. The hotel has a lovely family-friendly atmosphere, and there were activities and entertainment for kids, which my daughter really enjoyed. The evening shows were actually really good – much better than we expected – and it was nice to have something to do after dinner without needing to go out. The apartment itself was a good size and practical for a family, although the decor is a little dated in places. That said, everything was clean and worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. After we checked out, we realised we had left a water bottle behind. When we went back to ask, one of the ladies at the hotel was really kind and helped us find it and return it to us, which we really appreciated. Overall, a great choice for families and we would happily stay here again."
Hotel Riu Palace Tenerife ★★★★★
"Our 4th stay, and it certainly won’t be our last. Rooms, pools, bars and restaurants are all superb; the choice and quality at the dinner buffet is wonderful. Sitting outside and watching the sunsets is a real treat. Breakfast is also extensive with everything you could want, though it would be nice to have boiling water in the tea pots. All the staff are so friendly and engaging, but special mention must go to Laura at the Sunshine Bar, she is an absolute superstar. Well done Riu for removing the safe charge, that has been very much appreciated. Looking forward to our next stay at one of our favourite hotels."

JOIA Salomé by Iberostar -Adults Only
"2nd visit to this amazing hotel. Definitely recommend it if you want the full pamper and luxury experience from your holiday. Ideal location, rooms are spacious and well equipped, we had a ground floor terrace and it’s so nice to either sit on your own terrace that also has sunbeds or sit by the pool. Plenty of comfortable sunbeds available all day long, pools are lovely and warm and clean. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming and cannot do enough for you and really add to the experience. We emailed the hotel prior to our visit and they booked all our A’la carte restaurants for us, even offered to book them for the whole 10 days should we wish. We have already done two and they were perfect. Will definitely be making a return visit in the future."

"Nice hotel in general, but service is definitely not on a 5 star level, unfortunately. Only Nespresso coffee for breakfast or forgetting orders which were alread placed are only a few things."

Hotel Malibu Park
"We had an exceptional stay at the Malibu Park Hotel. Our apartment was modern, immaculate, and thoughtfully equipped, providing a comfortable base for our holiday. The atmosphere throughout the complex was peaceful, making it ideal for families or anyone seeking a restful break. Customer service was excellent — friendly, responsive, and eager to help. Our ground floor apartment with a terrace offered quietness with no noise from above, which made a huge difference for our family. The location is fantastic, with easy access to local attractions, shops, and beaches. Overall, a superb experience that exceeded our expectations. We would happily return and highly recommend this accommodation."
GF Fañabe
"The hotel is too old, and it's full of elderly people, who don't seem to be very wealthy. They're having a lot of activities by the pool at night, which is very noisy."

AluaSoul Costa Adeje - New Opening
"Beautiful hotel, lovely breakfast, clean modern room with comfortable beds. Outdoor areas for eating breakfast. Friendly staff, good bar prices. Me and my grown up daughter enjoyed the aquafit sessions. Sunbeds are available until around 10am but they become available again in the afternoon so if we couldn’t get one we would go to the beach first which is very close, turn right then down some steps or escalators. The prosecco on arrival and suitcases brought to our room was a nice touch and we’ve only had that before in a 5 star hotel. The pool view rooms face the outdoor stage so you can hear the music until 11pm which was fine for us as it was only the last night that we stayed in. The balcony wall is high though so you can only see the view if you stand up. There are plenty of nice bars and restaurants right by the hotel so it felt safe as we didn’t need to walk far to get back to the hotel. The lobby bar at the hotel is open until 12. The shop next door was handy for drinks and snacks. We will definitely be back, thanks."
