Simone the man working at reception was fantastic. Great tips and amazing service. The room’s bathroom isn’t great. But the hot water is good the view is nice from balcony. It’s about 10 min drive from lake. So you need a car but it’s got good parking.

Good location if you have car. The building belongs to a previous high star hotel.

The hotel was clean and the service was amazing, all the staff were super friendly and helpful which definitely contributed to an amazing user experience. The location though is not the most convenient as it is not close to any major cities but since most get here by car this is not a big issue. Next to the hotel there is also a decently sized mall where you will find a Laundry store, a supermarket and a grocery store within walking distance.

The room was nice and big, the front desk was very friendly, and the market in the nearby town of Lake Garda, five kilometers away, was very lively.

I stayed here many years ago and had a good impression. The location is quiet in a busy city, and the Affi is well connected with transportation. But the decoration and equipment in the house are a bit too simple...

Beautiful structure surrounded by nature but close to the center, very friendly staff, ample parking, very spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast.

Good morning, The hotel is well located in relation to Lake Garda. Perfect and smiling reception. The people are pleasant. If the hotel does not have a swimming pool, it is still OK. Close to everything and any other service. We recommend it and we will come back. Enjoy your visit and see you soon

Cozy hotel with private parking. You could smell clean everywhere from the corridors to the rooms, friendly and helpful staff, our room was very large with a safe and fridge. We requested an extra pillow and a courtesy kit and they were ready to satisfy our requests. Convenient location to reach the various villages of Garda and a stone's throw from the Affi commercial area. Good breakfast.

Excellent stay, friendly and helpful staff, continental buffet breakfast with a wide choice, clean room, the only flaw is the lack of a bar in the hotel lobby replaced by automatic dispensers.

Bed, or rather terrible beds. The double bed was two single beds that separate making noise as soon as you move, if you're not careful you'll fall in the middle. The mattress is very thin and too soft especially considering the bed base. Uncomfortable is an understatement. Excellent location with convenient parking. Adequate continental buffet breakfast. Cleanliness and room services in line with the price. I won't stay here again until they change the beds.
