The location was perfect, the service was average, the reception staff were attentive when needed, but the cleanliness of this hotel was absolutely appalling, please avoid this hotel at all costs, The hotel was rife with *********** in the hotels night club, I've been very fortunate to travel the world, I have stayed in cleaner hostels than this hotel, this is the dirtiest hotel I've ever been to in my Life, The hotel just needs some tender loving care, but the city of agadir was beautiful, we will definitely return to the city but never to this hotel again !!! My wife and I both live in Morocco, and we are both immune to the Moroccan water, and the hotel's tap water was salty, they obviously Dodge the water bill every month. Blood and human hair on the pillows 🤬 Human feces on the bath towels 🤬 Wi-Fi was poor 🤬

Nice location, nice hotel, Nice stuff but the restaurant need more choices for the breakfast

Location is good and price is very low and despite the faded charm it's very dated and actually quite poor. I understand to upgrade the hotel to a higher standard would mean prices would rise but some things like the poor breakfasts should be better.

Location is really good and reception people are too main problem is no AC and no hot water and room is bit noisy because it’s close to road . It’s really nice hotel.old fashioned

The room was so bad and it’s white smelly

Rude and unprofessional staff. Breakfast area unclean and looked like old food. Room was big however toilet was dirty and shower taps broken. The staff didn’t like me complaining and fobbed me off. There was one plug in the whole room which is a joke

I've stayed here many times and always left good reviews but on this occasion I'm not holding back. The place is completely knackered and the reception staff are rude. I won't stay here again

Great hotel, very near to everything, no hassle no problems, will stay again

The Hotel was not bad at all, the service was very good, unfortunately you hear music until 4:30 in the morning which is a little annoying. The rooms are outdated.

I enjoyed staying there as the hotel had a swimming pool, a good breakfast and was near the beach…

Awful service. Breakfast was just eggs and bread. Staff were rude and never interested in any feedback. Location was decent as its couple mins walk from the beach and couple mins walk to the nearest market.

Bathroom not very good. You have get a problem with it. 

The hotel is old fashion, no fridge, no A/C, old tv , no channel, no dryer. Everything is missing in this hotel. You got what you got for the price , don’t trust the pictures all for the price. Next time I’ll pay more for better It’s not really 4stars, I can’t understand how can get these stars and they keep them 🤷‍♂️ Thank you
