This hotel is in a great location, but we didn't find our reservation at first, hoping to charge again for more and less services.
After finding our reservation (it looked like it was hidden somewhere rather than on the computer), they gave us the 2 worst and worst rooms in the entire hotel. To get there, you have to borrow the maze, which took a while to find a solution. What I saw was the backyard, where the trees were not well maintained.
The good news now is: the staff are very friendly and hospitable, whether it is Mr. Asemal is very friendly, or the cleaning lady is doing an excellent job with a smile.
We learned at the end of our stay that part of the hotel was renovated, but when we booked, we saw pictures of the renovated rooms, but we got some rooms...
This is the last time I booked this hotel.
Nice hotel and staff despite the inconvenience on our arrival because of the booking agency, I strongly recommend the hotel (food to be improved, with more traditional dishes)
I booked a double room, The room is huge, with a living room. The hotel is quite suitable for trips with children. Originally I booked one night, and then temporarily added one more night. The only downside was that there were too many guests and the parking space was not enough.

Very nice and friendly staff.
Very helpful. Light in the center with many cafes and restaurants nearby and 10 minutes from the beach. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. I really enjoyed my vacation. I will definitely book again next time. Really recommended. Greetings Imourig.
Returning to Agadir from Marrakech, this hotel was temporarily set up. Service: The hotel's service is very good, we checked in at two in the morning, the staff is still waiting for us on the side of the road. We were a little scared by the forced leading consumer culture in Marrakech, and we didn't dare to care about the staff at first.
Hygiene: I personally think that there is no problem with hygiene, but because the level of Agadir hotels is generally behind, it is not particularly good. Because the hotel decoration is relatively old, the bathroom does not look particularly new. The hotel is also very quiet and the sound insulation is very good.
Facilities: The decoration is very like a warm little home, I feel more comfortable than a beach hotel. However, the hot and cold water in the room 314 we stayed in was reversed. After a long time, the hot water did not come out. At 3 am, the staff called over. He helped me twist to the other side and smiled. By the way, this hotel has no beach and has a small running water indoors. If you are pursuing the beach, you can go to the ocean blub, the beach is relatively clean
Well maintained adult only hotel. It is situated close to the beachfront and a McDonald’s right opposite too.

Excellent
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful holiday in Zephyr Agadir. The apartments are modern and well equipped. The staff is always helpful and friendly. There are many options for eating out nearby and small supermarkets are within walking distance. I will definitely book the accommodation again when I am back in Agadir.
LLuci.LuxyThe hotel was okay . The rooms are in small 2 floor buildings . The walk from our room to the restaurant was around 5min. The breakfast buffet was simple but okay. Free coffee , juice or water . The pool was nice . There was a bar next to the pool and there was fast food restaurant downstairs of the revel in the hotel area open at night which was nice as we arrived late. Small shop right at the exit to the street and beach . You can buy any necessary stuff there you’ll need for your holiday and forgot to pack . The beach was huge and looked nice and clean. Sea was cold so we didn’t go for a swim but it was in beginning of March so I expected that. The room was very old with no Health and Safety measures .there were pointy nail ends sticking out of the bed head. They were circled so you can see them 😂 uncomfortable bed and pillows. Only one bed table. Old furniture. Small Tv with only their programmes and maybe two in English but it was only news or sport. Forget about Netflix or similar. Never mind . No WiFi in the room either. Only in reception. One small bottle of water on arrival. Not very friendly reception staff . I would say rude but only after you pay. Cleaning staff was very nice and friendly. I wouldn’t visit this hotel second time . And wouldn’t stay here for a week or two for sure ! For 3 nights this hotel was okay option and close to the sea.
HHans1988A Serene Getaway at Oasis Spa and Hotel in Agadir
My recent stay at the Oasis Spa and Hotel in Agadir, Morocco, was nothing short of extraordinary. Nestled just steps away from the pristine beach, this haven of relaxation offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and tranquility.
The location is unbeatable—waking up to the soothing sound of waves and enjoying the golden sunsets over the Atlantic was a daily delight. The hotel is ideally situated, making it convenient to explore Agadir’s bustling marina, vibrant souks, and the picturesque corniche.
The rooms were immaculate, with chic Moroccan-inspired decor and all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. My room had a stunning view of the beach, and the cozy balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy my morning coffee or unwind with a book.
What truly sets the Oasis Spa and Hotel apart is its hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, always greeting me with warm smiles and accommodating my every need. Their attention to detail was impressive, from the seamless check-in process to the thoughtful touches like fresh flowers and daily treats.
The spa was the highlight of my stay. I indulged in a traditional Moroccan hammam, followed by a rejuvenating massage, and left feeling utterly pampered. The spa facilities were world-class, with a serene ambiance that melted all my stress away.
Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was another delightful experience. The menu offered a wide range of local and international dishes, each prepared with the freshest ingredients. The seafood tajine and mint tea were especially divine.
The Oasis Spa and Hotel truly lives up to its name—it’s a sanctuary for those seeking relaxation and luxury by the beach. I left feeling completely refreshed and can’t wait to return to this gem in Agadir. Highly recommended for anyone looking for an unforgettable Moroccan escape!
AAHMEDIt was a wonderful experience, very friendly staff, very warm welcome, very nice room, nice pool, just perfect, I rate this hotel as very positive with a score of 10.
JJUNLONGHotel location is good, close to Agadir beach, facilities are perfect, the pool is very good, the price is not good for dinner, it is not recommended. The hotel's service attitude is superb, and welcomes a lot of drinks, desserts and guides. The lobby manager is especially good to like. A dead beach was painted on the beach, not bad. Because I only stayed for one night after catching a plane, Agadir is very beautiful as a European winter resort.
GGuest UserThe superior room is old and the bathroom is moldy. But the sea view room is not much better. The swimming pool is big. The breakfast is average. The milk is diluted with too much water. The thin madam at the front desk is very enthusiastic and efficient.
GGuest UserThe hotel service was very poor, no one helps you, bedding and towels are very old and worn out, room.service come early morning whilst ur sleeping amd take ur towels, replace with fresh ones late afternoon so ur basically waking up, showering washing up etc without any towels, 2 basic washing gel bottles, one near sink and one in shower, no kettle or water in room and upon asking for warm water was told none available, pool is cold and not very clean. If your room is on the front side then very noisy at nighy as 2 nightclubs next door, we were on basement floor so was quiet. Breakfast is same every day, overdone fried egg and
parathas, cereal in open bowls, oranges and apples as fresh fruit amd croissants amd crumpets. If you like ur tea then I would suggest take your own tea bags as its very weak and also cold in the kettle in dining area. Was nice enough, had lovely lobby and pool area with table tennis, pool amd archery but overall was disappointed with the service
AAnonymous UserI've stayed here many times and always left good reviews but on this occasion I'm not holding back. The place is completely knackered and the reception staff are rude. I won't stay here again
JJamesHotel is in good location very near to the beach, staff were friendly and no real problems with the room, I didn't eat in the hotel so I'm not sure what the food was like but would I stay again, might do but it was a bit of a trek to the room.
