"The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk from both metro and bus stations. This makes it incredibly easy to reach the city center and major attractions by metro, and there are even direct bus routes to iconic sights like the Louvre and Eiffel Tower. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Guests can also enjoy complimentary water and coffee in the lounge area, where a microwave is available for heating up food."

"I demand compensation because this is in no way a 4-star hotel!! There was no shower gel, and they gave us small tubes instead. We requested a room away from the elevator, but we were given one right next to it. The Wi-Fi didn't work, the shower was filthy, and you have to be quite short to use the toilet, otherwise you have to go at an angle. There was also paint on the window. In short, I'm very disappointed."

"Pros: Hotel is located at 5-10 minutes walking distance from many bus stops and metro stops. There is a big store nearby to buy water or other stuff. Cons: They provide water bottle for free only on the 1st day of the booking irrespective of how many days you have booked for. They think as if their guests will feel thirsty only on the first day and never again. They will charge extra if you ask for late check-out even after staying for 5 days and hotel being empty. I won't recommend this hotel considering the price and the quality of breakfast they provide for vegetarians there."

"The location is good, but might not be for everyone, as it's situated on a main street with strip clubs and *********** right between them. This wasn't an issue for us; in fact, it made everything very accessible. Moulin Rouge is a 3-minute walk away, Montmartre 7 minutes, and Galeries Lafayette 15-20 minutes on foot. The apartment is new, cozy, and has a very stylish renovation with plenty of space. It features a bar counter with two stools and an armchair, a kitchen with a stove and microwave, wine glasses, and all the necessary dishes and seasonings for cooking."

"The location is excellent. There are two bus routes (39 and 80) downstairs to the main attractions (Louvre). A little further away, there are bus routes 88 (in front of Starbucks) and 62 (across the street from the hotel) connecting to the train station. Nearby are chain stores like KFC, Burger King, McDonald's, and Carrie Four, as well as chain bakeries and delicious, reasonably priced Western restaurants downstairs. Although the metro was closed during my stay in mid-November, there were bus alternatives, so it wasn't a major issue. A small tip: Instead of buying physical tickets, install the Bonjour RATP Paris official transport app to buy e-tickets. These are valid for buses, trains, and the metro, saving you 2 euros on physical tickets (non-refundable)."

"The hotel was an unexpectedly nice surprise! It’s a small three star hotel in the 9th arrondissement and it’s very close to the station cadet. V convenient. The room was very small ( do not recommend it if you are v big and 6 ft tall) however the amenities were surprisingly good: small wardrobe big enough to put the suitcase on , a small shower with daily clean towels and absolutely no leakage , good heating, clean room and bed linen, a small comfortable bed , FREE coffee round the clock , a lift !!!!and , a very friendly and helpful manger (max?) and other staff members who were always ready to help. BTW the full breakfast at 15 euro was quite a good bargain too. Much better than chain 3 star hotels! All in all I would not mind at all to come back next time if I travel alone."

As such , I need to got to reception and queue up again waiting for handling room key issue. I stay here for 7 nights. The restaurant can’t handle my breakfast issue well. When I go out to take foods, the card turned to black side, that means “occupied”. But they still clear my table, also take away my card for telling them if I am still here. That means they treat me as already left. When I come back, I asked them to change me to another table for two to avoid misunderstandings, one staff told me that he will clean the table for me but he forget it. After take away the card for telling them if I still occupied the table, no one give me back. I asked one of the staff give me back but he simply requested me to ask other staff to do it. Later, they cleared my table again because there is no card. A lot of mistakes. If charge this price, service is fail. The food is generally good. Good position and can appreciate Efital tower every night.

It's brilliantly located within walking distances of fabulous bars, restaurants, and main sights of Montmarte. About 450-550 meters within Metro stops of Lamarck and Chateau Rouge. Cleanliness: The room we were in had a bit of a body odour smell on arrival, which was disappointing. Thankfully the windows can be opened so that solved the issue. Comfort: Beds and pillows were comfortable. Service: Good breakfast service. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Good coin laundry service.

Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations. This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service. Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing. AAvelineI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

Breakfast for me (Man 45 J.) about 19 Euro ok, but we were only on the first day at the hotel breakfast because it is too expensive for my children because they are hardly eating in the morning. The location is in honest 5 minutes from the metro Gambetta. In 30 minutes you come everywhere. Daystick 12 Euro for tourists is easy to get. My feeling was that you waste a lot of time in the metro. When moving forever long roads with many stages (nearly no lifts) and with children's cars very hard.  24 Check in very friendly and helpful. The room is not cleaned every day, I didn't care at 4 nights. However, the banana slices were 3 days in the dishes and have already smelled a bit. At breakfast was not cleaned. We made a tower of 8 tables, no one was interested. But goods 2 friendly girls there, but apparently no one has yet told them that it was one of them.

AAMAKA SPARKLEVery horrible hotel for black female travellers. I stayed at the Originals with my friend for 3 nights, then another 2 nights. We pre-booked and paid for the 3 nights in FULL before arrival. Upon arrival, we were charged a deposit of €150 Euros which was explained to be a security deposit to be returned after checkout.I had no issues with that and focused on exploring Paris. There was a day my room wasn’t cleaned and I complained to a mixed lady at the hotel reception politely to inform the cleaner and she condescendingly looked at me and blurted “I’m not the cleaner”. I never asked her to be one, I only informed her so she can tell the cleaners to make a stop at my room and refill the shower gel, replace soap and toilet paper. The day I checked out, I missed my flight due to the Paris traffic and had to reschedule my flight to the next available date which was in 48 hours which meant I needs to stay in Paris for another 2 nights. I headed back to the hotel. I don’t know why but our cards refused to work despite being funded. We had some Euros cash left in cash and paid for one extra night. The next day, we asked to extend but our cards wouldn’t work. We informed them that we needed to get some sleep but would try an ATM or go to a BDC to change some Dollars. In between, the cleaner came to the room and yanked off our key card cutting off the light supply, we were barraged with calls from the reception threatening that security was going to escort us out of the room. It’s wild because most of their staff is black and yet they treated us like ****. We saw how white guests were treated and black guests and the difference was clear. Maybe they had an assumption and became discriminatory towards us. Note that 4 nights out of 5 was already paid in FULL and they had a security deposit of over 200 Euros with them. We had to abandon everything and rush to an ATM to withdraw more cash💰 to pay for the final day. Let’s not get into the fact that one of their staff ******* almost tried to be ****** with me. I got into the elevator to go and get water at the restaurant on the 8th floor, he kept looking at my boobs and made suggestive comments about wanting to spend the night with me. He also insisted on a hug. I cried from the experience of that hotel and very horrified. As a travel content creator, I will document my experience with videos when I’m back home and share YouTube videos. If you’re a Nigerian or black woman, please avoid THE ORIGINALS. I was excited to be here but it turned into a nightmare. As a business owner myself and CEO of 3 thriving companies, I saw some many lapses in their customer service. The entire place needs a staff overhaul.
