The room is quite decent, and there are three Michelin-starred restaurants. For us Chinese, an Italian restaurant with a meter of 1 meter is more suitable. The location is excellent (of course other luxury hotels in Paris have better locations).

The hotel is very new and has a sense of design. The room is quite big (compared to European hotels) and the facilities are very new. Breakfast is also good, it is a buffet and a la carte. The restaurant on the 15th floor can see Notre Dame, Montmartre, and the Eiffel Tower. You can watch the Eiffel Tower light up and change at night. The location is on the Seine River (with no river visible) and very close to the Cité Peninsula, within four or five kilometers of the Louvre, Galeries Lafayette, and the Eiffel Tower.

First, the good: the aesthetic of the hotel is exceptional, especially the lobby and the bar. You receive a personalised welcome including a history of the hotel. The rooms are super quiet and dark at night and you'll for sure get a good sleep. The bad: the rooms are very small and the one we got (Rose) was a disappointment compared to the photos. The room lacked basic amenities like tea and coffee which you get in even the most low budget hotels, and when the front desk was called to ask about this, we were offered tea brought to the room, but then charged 20 euros (we got this removed from the bill of course, but this should not have happened to begin with). The service was very slow during our stay, both the check-in but also the breakfast. It felt like it was understaffed, even though at breakfast it was only around half full at the time. In general, the service level attempts to be more personal to justify its 5 star rating, but clearly more staff are needed to pull this off properly. The spa was too cold to enjoy. I would not stay again, but would consider visiting the bar to enjoy the unique atmosphere.

It was in a great location next to all the shops, mostly cafes. A 10 minute walk to a even more busier streets that lead to Arc de Triomphe. The only con was that in one of the rooms the USB port wasn’t working, and the water can get to the floor easily from showering. No lotion either. Guess hotels are doing away with those . The staff was great! They dressed up in holiday sweaters

Every morning, the hotel will pack your time bag with banana blueberry oatmeal and juice. If you want to eat bread, the croissant cinnamon roll in the restaurant is very good. It is very convenient to buy down the dinner. I also recommend meat! !

The location is good, it is the subway M1 line, because in the middle of the hutong and colleagues turned around 2 laps to find. The front desk is all men. Courtesy is still possible. Going out will also remind guests of their bags. . The typical French school of the elevator is super small. Fortunately, we live on the first floor. Most of the European hotels that need to bring their own slippers are like this. Overall it is still possible to recommend staying. Affordable

This is a wonderful hotel to stay. The location is perfect for any trip you planning in Paris. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was delicious. The staff at the hotel is friendly and helpful. They speak several languages. A free coffee machine in the room was a wonderful thing to have. Overall it was a pleasure to visit this place.

In order to try my luck in getting a room with a balcony, I changed to a deluxe room, which is the second largest room on each floor. The facilities and equipment are much less than those of the suite. There is no minibar, hand-ground coffee, drying rack, or stereo, but it is still equipped with a bathtub and coffee machine. Although there is no balcony, there are window railings, which can give you the feeling of Haussmann Paris. There is also a window on the other side, facing the inner patio (the curtains must be drawn). There is no free drinking water in the room, but you can get water and make coffee in the lobby on the ground floor. We did not choose the room rate with breakfast included. The next day, we wanted to buy two croissants to take away, and the front desk gave them to us. In addition to the room, the public area is also very design-oriented.
