This is the first time this has happened in the nine countries I've visited. When I opened the duvet, there were bloodstains, which was quite a joke. The hotel's hygiene is extremely concerning and honestly quite disgusting. I booked a king-size bed, but they gave me two tiny single beds. The first room card the front desk gave us was invalid and didn't work, so we had to go back again. The hotel lobby was packed with guests, very chaotic and disorganized. When I went to the bar for a drink and asked the waiter for an empty glass, it took ten minutes for it to arrive. The hotel's interior is also very poor and rudimentary, definitely not up to the standard of over 4000 a night. I basically paid to suffer; this 4-star hotel is, at most, a 2-star standard. The room Wi-Fi was also very slow, and the maximum temperature could only be set to 23.5 degrees Celsius, which was very cold. The balcony view of the Eiffel Tower was beautiful, though. In summary: aside from the location, I can't find any positives about this hotel; on the contrary, it's all negatives. They can't even guarantee basic hygiene.
